Bio

 

Karen Leslie (formerly Karen Chronister) is a Writer, Editor, Marketing Specialist, and Writing Instructor at The WordShop. She received her B.H. in Multi-Media Journalism, Marketing and Public Relations from Penn State University. In 2014, she received her M.F.A. in Writing (Fiction) from Spalding University. She manages a boutique style marketing business with clients in Travel & Tourism, Health & Wellness, Entertainment, and Business Development.

As a creative writer, Karen is working on her novel River Town, writing travel pieces, and teaching literature and writing at Western Kentucky University. Karen grew up in rural Pennsylvania now lives in Nashville, TN, with her husband, songwriter Clay Mills. You can read some of her writing here.
